- helping a large healthcare provider to develop its infrastructure demand and capacity-management capabilities, as well as optimize its data-center strategy and cloud adoption
- implementing lean IT principles to boost performance for a large industrial IT organization, resulting in a 25 to 30 percent gain in productivity
- developing a cloud strategy for a large financial-services company and helping put it into practice, including developing a new operating model to provide more flexible services and reduce cost
Irina is an active contributor to McKinsey's research, including leading McKinsey's enterprise cloud-infrastructure survey that studies trends in enterprise cloud adoption. She is also one of the authors of McKinsey's 2017 Women in the Workplace research, in partnership with LeanIn.Org and the Wall Street Journal.
