Imke works closely with organizations across different sectors to transform their marketing and sales operations through pricing and margin management, sales effectiveness, customer experience and end-to-end branding interventions. She brings a passion for marketing, nearly 10 years’ of marketing and sales line experience and strong coaching skills to her collaboration with clients, aimed at realizing lasting change and impact.
In the time that Imke has been with McKinsey Implementation, she has focused on coaching organizational change and transformation leaders to help them deliver their change mandate.
Examples of her work include:
- managing project interdependencies at a consumer goods company as part of their restructuring programme, delivering ~US$100 million
- developing a value proposition and implementation plan to attract a new customer base for a long-haul freight business
- establishing the project management office for a cost transformation program in the IT division of a leading bank
During her time at SAB Ltd, Imke filled a number of brand marketing and sales roles, including planning and implementing innovation across brands, packaging and promotions, turn-around strategies and in-market execution.
