Ilan is an expert in the Aerospace and Defense Practice and steers large-scale strategic and operational transformation projects in France and worldwide.

In addition, he supports his clients in rolling out successful business models in a context of disruption and technological innovation, especially in the fields of commercial aviation and “new space.” Ilan also coleads the Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice in France.

He joined McKinsey in 2011, after graduating with a master’s degree in development economics from the London School of Economics and an engineering degree from École Centrale de Paris, where he is a regular contributor to the corporate strategy training program.
