He also helps web3 start-ups understand what it takes to achieve enterprise adoption and actively builds bridges between the traditional and new web3 world.

Before joining McKinsey, Ian worked in Belgium as a product development manager, helping improve the product quality of substrates used in the power supply for satellites.
