Georges is a partner in McKinsey’s Dubai office and a leader in the Private Capital Practice and our banking and securities work. He works with sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors, and asset managers to define investment strategies and deliver performance across their portfolios.
He operates across the full investment life cycle—from shaping top-of-the-house strategy and executing due diligence to driving post-investment value creation. Georges is particularly focused on financial services, where he supports investors in building and scaling asset management platforms and in transforming financial services portfolio companies to accelerate growth and improve returns.
His work combines an investor lens with hands-on transformation experience, allowing him to bridge strategy and execution. He has supported leading global and regional investors managing hundreds of billions of dollars in assets, advising portfolio construction, transaction execution, and large-scale transformations that unlock new sources of value.
Georges also plays a central role in connecting private capital and financial services expertise within the firm, contributing to knowledge development and shaping investment perspectives in the Middle East.
Before joining McKinsey, Georges worked at a middle-market private equity firm, focusing on investment evaluation and portfolio value creation.
Georges is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
