Evan is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience and is a distinctive leader in electric vehicles (EV), battery, autonomous vehicles, and sustainability who is focused on making an outsized impact on reversing climate change. He coleads McKinsey’s platform for batteries, sustainable technology, and EV industrialization by working with manufacturers to accelerate growth at incredible scale and reduced cost.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Evan worked at Tesla for six years, and was responsible for the design and planning of factories in cities around the world. He has also held executive roles at Koenigsegg Automotive in EV hyper-car product development, and is a former member of the United States Navy.
