About Eric

Eric is a leader in McKinsey’s Organization Practice and a member of its global operations committee. In this role, he leads the firm’s service delivery in change management. Eric advises clients on business and operational transformations, with a focus on optimizing their structure, performance systems, and culture to support the organization’s strategy. In this capacity, he has led multiple operational improvement initiatives, deploying lean manufacturing processes at aerospace, basic materials, and retail clients.

Over the years, Éric has helped numerous basic materials clients in North and South America and Europe to improve their performance. He spends roughly half of his time on operations improvement efforts (supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing) and the rest helping clients improve other value drivers, such as working capital and sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Éric also works with major aerospace suppliers, conducting operational and cultural transformations and developing and helping implement significant cost-reduction initiatives to improve margins (e.g., lean manufacturing, lean engineering, manufacturing footprint redesign, and after sales pricing strategy).
