About Elin

Elin works with telecommunications and consumer clients around the world. With deep expertise in large-scale transformations as well as digital marketing and sales, she helps clients keep pace with the constant changes driven by technological advances and digitization. In particular, Elin advises clients on how they can focus on delivering growth while transforming their companies.

Recent examples of her client work include the following:

  • supporting multiple large-scale performance transformations by bringing an important growth mind-set through considering evolving customer wants and needs, understanding current value pools, and identifying ways to capture new pockets of growth
  • delivering growth, margin, and customer-experience improvements through pricing and promotion redesign, customer-journey redesign, and digital-marketing optimization, which enabled clients’ marketing teams to achieve improved performance through insourcing, developing agile ways of working, and embedding end-to-end customer mind-sets
  • defining and implementing telecommunications- and consumer-industry clients’ strategies and road maps through business-unit strategy, with activities that included assessing the value-creation opportunity, prioritizing critical opportunities to pursue, and defining how to organize behind the opportunities and drive change
  • redesigning organization and operating models to support end-to-end transformations, including adoption of new, agile ways of working, for clients across the telecommunication and consumer sectors
