About Dmitry

Dmitry joined McKinsey in 2005. Since then, he has managed projects for infrastructure and transport companies, investment funds and banks, as well as government agencies in Russia, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, focusing on strategy development, investment analysis and performance management.

Examples of recent projects:

  • management of customer churn in the retail segment and evaluation of the digital services portfolio of one of the biggest private banking groups in Russia;
  • design of an investment strategy and performance management system for a holding company;
  • support in implementing a transformation program for a leading player on the rail freight market; 
  • development of a financial model for the creation of a transport company and accompanying funding plan;  
  • design and launch of performance improvement programs for several transport companies. 

Prior to joining McKinsey, Dmitry headed the investment department at Metalloinvest Holding Company.
