David is a leader in McKinsey’s Financial Services Practice and leads our digital services operations work in North America. He focuses on supporting clients as they transform their operations through digital and advanced operational approaches, including robotics and automation, lean management, and advanced analytics. David also advises clients on delivering transformations at scale across core customer experiences, including sales, service, underwriting and credit, and shared-services optimization.

Before joining the firm, David was an engineer focused on advanced physics and nanotechnology in semiconductor design. He also has experience in providing institutional investing and advisory services focused on private equity and venture capital investment.
