About David

David has led a number of major merger management efforts across a range of consumer-facing industries, from travel and hospitality to media to distribution logistics transactions.

Specifically, he was the lead day-to-day advisor on post-merger management support for the largest airline integration in history and, more recently, for the integration of two leading global hospitality companies, from pre-close formation of the Integration Management Office upon deal announcement through all major customer-facing change events.

He has led multiple, targeted efforts to identify and quantify capture cost- and revenue-synergies, enabling clients to exceed pre-close deal synergy targets.

He has significant expertise in managing ‘customer experience’ through significant change events, including mergers, with particular focus on protecting revenues & accelerating top-line synergy realization.

As a leader in our Travel, Transport and Logistics Practice, he has experience across a number of topics, including loyalty program enhancement, operational improvement programs, revenue management and ancillary fee and pricing policy design, and the deployment of broad-scale change management programs to accelerate value capture.
