About Daniel

Daniel, a leader of Digital McKinsey in Montréal, is a core member of the North American agile and application development and maintenance (ADM) group. He serves clients in the financial services, telecommunications, retail, energy, and technology sectors, helping companies to deploy lean and agile-at-scale methods to transform their product- and software-development practices and enable their digital capabilities. Daniel focuses on helping his clients to significantly increase capacity, reduce time to market, and improve overall product quality.

Before joining McKinsey, Daniel worked as a technology change agent in the global transportation and logistics industry. In this role, he advised senior executives on strategy development, process optimizations, and technology solution optimization.

Daniel sits on the board of FitSpirit, a Canadian not-for-profit organization that encourages girls to be more physically active, and has led strategy-development efforts for multiple nongovernmental organizations in Montréal.
