Helps clients use data, digitization, and the cloud to reinvent business processes for impact.

Conrad, who has a wealth of expertise developing, marketing, and selling enterprise software and services, is inspired by the tremendous potential of next-generation technology. His mission is to design high-impact digital-business programs—from smart digitization to new-product and customer road maps—that unlock sources of growth and efficiency.

Transforming key business processes brings Conrad’s clients rapid results: lower costs, greater agility, and seamless digital customer experiences that truly add value. He draws on two decades of tech-management and marketing experience, as well as a record of starting and scaling businesses.

Conrad recently partnered with a major software firm to design and launch several tech-enabled strategic services. He organized cross-functional teams of VPs, steered the development of product road maps and pilots, and engaged senior executives to drive the initiative. He also helped a retail food company boost sales by building a better pricing solution that harmonized more than 15 data systems.

Before joining McKinsey, Conrad held C-suite and VP positions at software companies and guided corporate-marketing activities—brand strategy, messaging and positioning, and digital-demand generation. An energetic, hands-on entrepreneur, he also cofounded a software-as-a-service provider and bootstrapped businesses within larger enterprises.

Committed to social investment, Conrad is a board member of Summer Search, a nonprofit that works with low-income students to develop leadership skills. He is also a board member and director of the National Gymnastics Foundation.
