He has served clients across sectors including banking, consumer packaged goods (CPG), financial services, grocery, insurance, hospitality, pharmacy, retail, and transportation.
Examples of Cody’s work include the following:
- leading a global retailer through a transformation of goods not for resale, procurement, including procurement of fixtures, supplies, goods for marketing, and IT. The initiative increased savings capture by 2.5 times
- orchestrating a comprehensive agency review for a premier North American CPG company. The review started with media planning and buying, followed by digital creative, and culminating with public relations. This effort resulted in a mix of incumbents and new agency partners, unlocking 25 percent efficiency for reinvestment, and included development of a new internal agency management capability
- consolidating global media planning and buying operations for a financial services company. By transforming its operating model and optimizing its agency ecosystem, the client captured savings of more than 30 percent and streamlined its overall communications planning process
