Leading enterprise-wide transformations that fundamentally alter organizations’ performance trajectories

About Claudio

Claudio has served clients with McKinsey for around 15 years and is one of the longest-serving partners in the RTS unit globally. He partners with CEOs, boards, and executive teams to drive enterprise-wide transformations that fundamentally alter organizations’ performance trajectories and to build the capabilities and organizational health to sustain change over the long term. He serves clients across a range of geographies and industries, including oil and gas, education, high tech, and financial.

During Claudio’s tenure with the firm, he has helped dozens of organizations facing significant financial and operational challenges to stabilize operations rapidly and create a road map for long-term, sustainable value creation.

Examples of his recent client work include the following:

  • leading the turnaround of an oil and gas producer close to bankruptcy, delivering a multibillion-dollar enterprise value improvement and instituting a lasting performance culture
  • guiding the transformation of a Fortune 100 consumer-computer-equipment provider, delivering a 25 percent earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization improvement in fewer than 18 months
  • helping a midsize liberal-arts university address a 30 percent operating loss, saving the institution from loss of accreditation and delivering a 30 percent year-over-year improvement in the size of its incoming class

Claudio is an electrical engineer. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He grew up in Italy and speaks both English and Italian.
