About Christopher

Chris supports a wide range of United States financial institutions and health services companies. With more than three decades of McKinsey experience, his expertise includes strategy, digital, and analytics transformation, revenue and risk management, and operations effectiveness. He led our consumer and commercial banking work in North America for nearly a decade. In addition to his client service, Chris plays a number of leadership roles within McKinsey. He leads the global client service risk-management committee, is a member of the shareholders council, and is chairman of McKinsey’s retirement trust.

Before joining McKinsey, Chris worked in corporate finance at J.P. Morgan and in several manufacturing positions at Westinghouse.
