Bryan Hancock, a Partner in McKinsey’s Atlanta office, is a leader in our Organization practice. Bryan serves a range of talent-intensive businesses on human capital challenges; his clients include staffing companies as well as industry leaders in banking, asset management, oil and gas, retail, telecom, transportation and logistics, and healthcare.

A frequent advisor on topics such as education and workforce development, Bryan also has extensive experience working in the public and social sectors. He has advised multiple foundations on their education and economic development initiatives and worked with higher education institutions on organization and strategy. Bryan has also co-developed workforce development programs which link educational programs to employer needs.

In addition to his client service, Bryan holds several people leadership roles within McKinsey. He works closely with the McKinsey People Analytics function and sits on the Board of McKinsey’s People Insights solution.

Bryan remains involved with his alma mater, the University of Virginia. He currently serves on the National Selection Committee of the Jefferson Scholars Foundation; he was a recipient of the prestigious scholarship.
