Bruno is the managing partner of McKinsey’s Portugal office and a core leader of financial services in Iberia, heading the insurance division in the region.

Bruno advises financial institutions across insurance, banking, and payments with extensive experience in Europe, complemented with assignments in Latin America and Asia. Bruno works closely with financial services institutions on strategy, transformation, and M&A.

Some of Bruno’s recent client work includes:

  • executing strategic reviews at the group and business unit level with domestic and international scope
  • leading transformational programs in digital, growth, and operational topics, often powered by advanced analytics
  • driving M&A processes across due diligence and integration phases, and helping shape and redesign bancassurance and other strategic partnerships

Previously, Bruno led our capabilities in bancassurance and M&A within insurance in Europe.
