Bess brings ten years of experience as a management consultant with McKinsey and is the managing partner of the firm’s Shenzhen office. Her work is focused on the real-estate and consumer-retail sectors across Greater China.

She has extensive experience supporting leading Chinese real-estate groups in complete transformations, from a singular development model to a multiformat ownership model fit for the new era of commercial real estate, including reengineering management systems and building team capabilities.

Bess actively drives commercial-model transformations of retailers in the new commercial context and assists Asian consumer-focused retailers in achieving significant impact in their commercial-restructuring efforts.

Bess also advises leading retail-channel businesses, commercial-real-estate operators, and consumer brands in Greater China.
