About Ashish

Ashish has helped large industrial companies, particularly those in the consumer and manufacturing sectors, build new businesses, develop new products, and sharpen their operations-transformation agenda. As a leader of our Digital McKinsey and McKinsey Analytics Practices, Ashish has conceptualized and launched new digital products and helped companies use advanced analytics to improve manufacturing performance. He has worked across India, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom.

Ashish’s recent work includes helping launch and build a new consumer-durables business, creating a digital-only services business, and developing a modular platform for an automotive client. He has also worked with state governments and public-sector institutions on investment promotion, policy, and organization-capability building.

Ashish is passionate about bringing new technology and ideas to his clients and coleads McKinsey’s efforts to build partnerships with start-ups. He also has deep interest in education and was actively involved in the creation of Teach for India and served the Akanksha foundation.
