About Arnaud

Arnaud has two main areas of expertise. He works with private-equity clients in France and Europe throughout the investment cycle, from commercial due diligence and transformation of the company in portfolio to exit support. His core expertise lies in strategy and growth topics, be it organic or inorganic.

Arnaud also advises leading retail and consumer brands on commercial topics, such as revenue-growth management (pricing, promotion, and trade terms), route to market, brand strategies, and consumer decision journeys.

Recent examples of his work include

  • performing commercial due diligence on most recent transactions of scale in France
  • supporting some of the landmark exits in the last 5 years in Europe
  • helping French-headquartered portfolio companies double in size and drastically improve profit
