About Ari

Ari’s passion is supporting innovation, growth, and resilience in the insurance industry and global economy. His clients include property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies, life insurance and wealth management companies, global reinsurance companies, P&C brokers, TPAs, and public sector institutions. Within P&C Insurance, Ari’s experience spans Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Specialty, London Markets, and Global/Corporate. He advises clients on a range of topics, including strategy, underwriting improvement, claims, business-to-business sales and marketing, and advanced analytics. Ari’s client service has spanned all major markets globally–aside from Pittsburgh, Ari has also been part of the Dubai, Lagos, and Brussels offices of McKinsey.

In addition to insurance, Ari also has a decade of experience with banking FinTech, focused on the technology which powers the industry with core account processing, channels, and payments.

Currently, Ari leads our Strategy work for McKinsey’s Insurance Practice globally. Previously, Ari was the co-lead of our Risk and Underwriting team. From 2012 to 2013, he was also one of the original founders of Ingenuity, McKinsey’s advanced analytics solution focused on insurance.

Ari is the busy father of two little girls and enjoys reading fiction, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
