Anne‑Marie Frassica is the global leader of McKinsey.org, which brings the best of McKinsey’s capability building programs to nonprofits and ambitious individuals, as part of our $2 billion 10-year social‑responsibility commitment. In this role, she builds and leads flagship programs such as Forward, a free ten‑week digital journey that equips young professionals in more than 130 countries with future‑ready skills; Organizational Health Index (OHI) for Nonprofits, which has benchmarked and strengthened the health of hundreds of nonprofits in over 100 countries; and Ability to Execute (A2E) for Nonprofits, which helps frontline teams adopt practical tools for better execution and collaboration.
A passionate advocate for inclusive growth, Anne‑Marie previously designed and led McKinsey’s global pro bono and colleague giving initiatives, mobilizing tens of thousands of colleagues across more than 100 offices to contribute pro‑bono consulting, volunteering, and charitable donations. She has also led consulting teams to support federal, state, and local government agencies in advancing their missions, as part of our public sector practice.
Anne‑Marie began her career on the front lines of education as a public‑school teacher in Boston. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Master of Education from Boston University. Anne-Marie and her family are based in Perth, where they spend as much time outdoors as they can, and are active volunteers in their local community.
