Andrés is a partner in McKinsey's Santiago office and a leader of the firm's Transformation Practice in Latin America, focused on helping organizations capture value at scale and build the capabilities to sustain it.
Since joining McKinsey in New York in 2018 and moving to Santiago in 2020, Andrés has worked with executive teams across North and Latin America on the toughest parts of transformation: setting the strategic agenda, restructuring the organization, integrating functions, and embedding the governance models that make change stick
