She primarily serves advanced industries companies, with a focus on growth strategy, financial transformations, working-capital optimization, and transactions.
Examples of Allie’s recent client experiences include the following:
- developing the international growth strategy for a large space company, including opportunity assessment, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy
- developing the growth strategy and business case for more than ten leading technology initiatives at a US defense contractor to determine commercial viability, customer strategy, investment rationale, and go-to-market strategy
- leading more than ten commercial due diligences for private-equity funds
- optimizing working capital for a merger in advanced industries
- designing the top team strategy, growth targets, and operating model for an international defense company
- optimizing the global footprint for an advanced-electronics client, including assessment of growth outlook and cost to serve for over 70 countries
- leading a successful US government contract-capture effort and price to win for a defense contractor on a more than $8 billion contract opportunity
Prior to joining the firm, Allie spent 2 years working in strategy and finance at a manufacturing company. She also spent time in the technology investment banking group of a multinational investment bank in New York. She also competed as a professional snowboarder and is an avid outdoors enthusiast.
