About Alexey

Alexey is a business executive with more than 15 years of product-development and professional-services experience. Throughout his career, he has focused on building product teams and launching technology-enabled businesses. He also brings extensive international experience, having worked with clients in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Alexey joined McKinsey in 2019, coming from a multinational technology company where he led a portfolio of growth initiatives and built solutions to launch new businesses and customer benefits. From ideation and prototyping to building, setting up the supply chain, and scaling, he brought new digital business models to various product categories, connecting thousands of sellers and millions of customers.

Before that, Alexey was a partner at a global consulting firm, where he founded and scaled up a practice focused on implementing customer-focused growth strategies for companies in the retail, consumer-goods, and technology sectors.

His recent client work includes helping guide the digital strategy for multiple large multinational business groups and helping a large technology company redesign its customer journeys to make a step change in digital customer experience.

Alexey is a certified professional scrum master and frequently writes and speaks on strategy and technology topics.
