About Alexandra

Alexandra partners with clients to implement successful transformation programs at scale through her expertise as a digital and front-line enablement expert.

Since joining McKinsey in 2018, Alexandra has developed digital solutions that bring data and rigor to organizational decisions and investments. She currently leads Inspire Individuals—a digital platform that drives individual behavior changes linked to the goals of organizational transformation programs—which offers a personalized experience to help employees develop the skills and mindsets needed for sustained performance improvement.

Examples of Alexandra’s recent client work include the following:

  • shifting behaviors among the top 150 leaders at an Asian bank within the first month of a large-scale program designed to instill digital-first leadership
  • developing a digital solution to drive front-line employee behavior change as part of a transformation program at a Brazilian steel manufacturer
  • designing a merger integration program for a storied global technology conglomerate to drive growth and innovation across a network of over 200 countries 

Before joining McKinsey, Alexandra held several other digital and operations leadership roles, including serving as chief operating officer of a wearable technology start-up, developing an artificial intelligence unit within a global advertising and media holding group, and managing operations and logistics for multi-billion-dollar industrial supplier. In addition to English, Alexandra is fluent in French and Haitian Creole and proficient in Spanish.
