About Adrian

As a partner in McKinsey’s RTS Practice, Adrian brings over 20 years of operating executive and consulting experience. A respected leader in public and private companies both in Australia and further afield, he is passionate about working closely with executive teams to transform Australia’s largest companies.

At McKinsey, Adrian’s work with clients is focused on restructuring to drive substantial change from both a financial and an organisational health perspective. He is well known for spending time in the trenches with clients to deliver maximum impact.

Examples of Adrian’s recent client experience include the following:

  • assisting with the restructuring of a major airline, specifically the loyalty business
  • delivering a significant transformation of one of the world’s largest dairy companies, leading multiple client teams and coaching them through the transformation across both cost and new-revenue levers
  • designing and leading a major turnaround across three diverse businesses and numerous geographies for one of India’s largest conglomerates
  • designing and leading a transformation for one of Australia’s leading gas and electricity distribution companies, resulting in a successful sale of the business
  • developing and implementing a global transformation of a leading chemicals and explosive business across five continents

Prior to joining McKinsey, Adrian was a nonexecutive director of Evolve at Typo Station, a not-for-profit organisation working with at-risk young people.
