About Aamir

Aamir is the managing partner for the Mid-Atlantic office. In his more than 17-year consulting career, Aamir has offered support to executives seeking to thrive and innovate in the global pharmaceutical sector, guiding initiatives in the US and Europe well as in Latin America.

As an advisor to boards, CEOs, and top management teams at Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies, Aamir has supported strategy development and performance acceleration. Against the backdrop of industry change, he has helped advise on several of the most significant healthcare mergers and acquisitions of the past two decades. Aamir has guided clients toward healthy, sustainable growth, and helped them lower costs and improve efficiency to boost bottom-line performance.

Examples of his work include:

  • guiding a mid-cap specialty pharmaceutical company through an initial public offering, including setting an overall strategy
  • collaborating with a growing multi-segment pharmaceutical company on a broad global mergers and acquisitions program, including asset identification, diligence, negotiation, and integration of numerous transactions
