Nick Malik is a senior partner in McKinsey’s New York office and co-leader of our Operations & Technology Practice. Nick also co-leads our solutions portfolio within the New Ventures group. Previously, he co-led the Consumer & Small Business Banking Practice. Nick has led McKinsey’s knowledge efforts on branch sales productivity, mortgages and next-generation operating models for banks. His work focuses on growth strategy, sales and distribution, risk management, and operations effectiveness for a wide variety of leading financial institutions.

Nick’s recent experience includes redesigning the loss-mitigation function for a major mortgage player, developing an overall growth strategy for a leading bank, and building an enterprise data strategy for a major bank.

Nick serves on the board of the American Red Cross of Greater New York.
