About Johanna

Johanna coleads our Public & Social Sector Practice in Europe. She also leads our public sector work in Benelux and our public sector data practice group in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

For more than ten years, Johanna has advised Europe’s biggest and best-performing public agencies. Passionate about the potential to offer better service to citizens and businesses, she helps agencies improve their use of technology and harness the power of data in an ethical way.

  • transforming the IT organization of a major labor agency, achieving performance levels comparable to private sector benchmarks
  • developing advanced analytics tools for different tax agencies to support data-based collections from businesses

Interested in technology trends, Johanna was the leader of an initiative with Google to determine how artificial intelligence-driven automation will impact the labor market in the Netherlands. In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
