Kevin is a senior partner based out of our Midwest complex. With 27 years of experience with the firm, he has held leadership roles in various practices, including the McKinsey Transformation Practice, the Travel, Logistics & Infrastructure Practice, and serving as the head of our global Operations Practice for six years. Kevin has also led our global purchasing and supply management work. Additionally, Kevin is a member of our senior partner committee.

Passionate about helping clients build capabilities quickly, Kevin has assisted organizations across multiple sectors implement long-term strategies and execute multiyear, enterprise-wide transformations, functional large-scale transformations, and business building. He is particularly passionate about rapidly building his client’s capabilities to sustain large scale change and unrivaled impact.

Before joining McKinsey, Kevin worked across various strategic and operational areas at large automobile and electrical companies.
