About Gunjan

Gunjan is a core member of Healthcare Systems & Services Practice. Since joining the firm in 2007, Gunjan has co-led the Medicare and government programs and has supported both payors and providers on a variety of strategic, operational, and technology projects. He has served providers on issues ranging from Medicare growth, population health management, and launching Medicare Advantage health plans. Gunjan also leads the Healthcare Systems & Services Practice’s knowledge-research effort on population health management and payor-provider collaboration.

Gunjan has published numerous articles and presented in several industry-leading conferences on topics including Medicare Advantage, Medicare cost and supplement programs, provider-led health plans, and payor-provider collaboration. Before joining McKinsey, Gunjan worked with IBM T.J. Watson Research in their distributed systems group.
