About Ari

Ari’s passion is supporting innovation and resilience in the insurance industry and global economy. His clients include property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies, life insurance companies, global reinsurance companies, brokers, TPAs, investors, and public sector institutions. Within P&C insurance, Ari’s experience spans personal lines, commercial lines, specialty or corporate, and ‘the London Market’. He advises clients on a range of topics, including strategy, transformation, underwriting improvement, talent, business-to-business sales and marketing, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. Ari’s client service has spanned all major markets globally, he has also been part of the Dubai, Lagos, and Brussels offices of McKinsey.

In addition to insurance, Ari also serves banking and fintech clients, focused on the technology which powers the industry with core account processing, channels, and payments.

Currently, Ari leads our strategy work in the insurance sector globally. Previously, he was the coleader of our risk-and-underwriting team. In 2012, he was also one of the original founders of Ingenuity, McKinsey’s advanced analytics capability focused on insurance.

Ari is the busy father of three little girls and enjoys fiction, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
