Belkis leads Build by McKinsey in North America, helping organizations plan and build the digital solutions that help enable and realize business aspirations. She has more than two decades of experience delivering robust solutions and architecting agile product practices focused on helping large companies transform into digitally integrated or tech-like product and platform companies.

In her work with McKinsey, Belkis has coached numerous executives through the process of leading major transformation programs to modernize core technology, drive digital transformation, and build new digital businesses. Serving as a partner, she brings technically minded strategic thinking and creative problem solving to her work helping organizations accelerate their transformations and business growth.

Previously, Belkis was a leader of McKinsey’s agile transformation work, helping leaders in banking, healthcare, and other sectors engender productivity and launch innovative products. An experienced agile product technologist and practitioner, she is an active leader with the Women in Technology community. Additionally, she speaks frequently at industry events on agility, product and platform operating model, digital business building, the chief information officer role, and digital industry trends.
