Working in Waltham
The Client Capabilities Hub in Waltham embodies the broader McKinsey spirit of collaboration, thought partnership, and continuous learning. We embrace diversity, as illustrated by our workforce of individuals from 43 countries, who speak 50 languages, and by a variety of social and affinity groups around race, sexuality, gender, and more. We offer extensive professional-development opportunities aimed at improving technical and nontechnical skills, along with ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced McKinsey colleagues. Our weekly town-hall-style meetings—featuring internal experts, academics, and entrepreneurs from the Greater Boston area—allow colleagues to expand their networks, learn more about trending global topics, and discuss how we can collectively push our thinking on these issues and build and incubate new capabilities. We host many social events to create a strong, cohesive office community, and we partner with charitable organizations externally to promote and support important causes.
