Leads teams of practice managers and knowledge professionals for McKinsey Digital globally, fostering connections between knowledge, client service, and learning

Eileen leads teams of practice managers and knowledge professionals for McKinsey Digital globally, while also strengthening connections between various functions within the group.

Fundamentally, Eileen is responsible for catalyzing the performance of consulting teams on the topics most needed by clients. She regularly champions projects that further the reach of the firm’s expertise, and she enhances the processes for sharing that knowledge with client-service teams.

Eileen delivers on this mission, in part, by setting an overarching strategy and guiding the day-to-day operations of McKinsey Digital’s Knowledge Network. This team of 75 knowledge professionals drives research and captures insights on digital topics to share across the firm. To lead this work, she keeps up with developments in the world of business technology and identifies emerging areas of study—topics such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, risk IT, digital transformation, and value assurance. The research priorities she helps set ensure McKinsey Digital can provide decisive insights for guiding C-suite-level strategy and decision making.

Earlier in her career at McKinsey, before transferring to our Silicon Valley office, Eileen was a consultant in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, serving clients in the Industrial and High Tech sectors.
