About Kazumasa

Kazumasa is a leader of the Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice in Japan and advises on topics including growth strategies, M&A strategies, business due diligence, post-M&A value enhancement, and asset sell-off to clients in private equity and general-trading sectors.

In addition, he brings insight on corporate finance to support M&A activities including M&A strategy development, business due diligence, and post-acquisition integration to an array of clients from manufacturers to consumer-goods companies. He is also engaged in many strategy-related projects, including companywide, portfolio management, and business strategy, as well as performance management.
