We are delighted to announce the release of the McKinsey Insights app for iPhone, as well as a significant update to the Android version of the app. With these releases, the latest versions of McKinsey Insights are now available for iPad, iPhone, and Android devices, bringing several benefits:
- Greater personalization. Registered users can customize McKinsey Insights to focus on their areas of interest, including specific industries, business functions, regions, or themes. If you have recently installed McKinsey Insights and have signed up, you are likely already aware of the benefits of registering. For those of you who are McKinsey Insights veterans but who haven’t yet registered, we encourage you to do so and discover how you can personalize the app to meet your specific needs.
- More content. Less apparent—but no less important—is the ever-increasing breadth of diverse McKinsey content that we make available to Insights app users. In addition to McKinsey Quarterly articles and McKinsey Global Institute research, more of our industry reports, white papers, and other content are now available via the app.
- Control over notifications. Finally, a word about notifications. We strive to strike a balance between letting you know when new content is available and trying not to inundate you with notifications. If you would prefer not to receive push notifications, you can always turn them off in the Settings menu in the Insights app.
