The Government Leaders Forum (GLF) was a collaboration between the University of Virginia Miller Center of Public Affairs and the McKinsey Center for Government to convene leaders from across federal agencies to discuss their aspirations and their toughest challenges. The Forum aimed to have participants return to their organizations energized with a renewed sense of purpose and the leadership capabilities to advance transformational efforts while continuing to engage peers through the Government Leaders Forum community of practice.
Below is an overview of the keynote speeches delivered during the forum as well as the content deep dives explored by participants across the two days of the Forum.
