MineLens Productivity Index Terms and Conditions

In order to provide you with the MineLens Productivity Index (MPI) complimentary analysis you will provide us with certain analysis data. We will use the data that you provide to us to provide you with your MPI Analysis, including by comparing your data to the data provided by other MPI and MineLens participants. Your data that you provide for MPI analysis will be kept confidential, and will be disclosed only to our employees and agents who have a need to know and are bound to keep it confidential, and used to develop and provide you with the MPI analysis, and to produce, develop, distribute, benchmark and use future versions of the MPI, MineLens and other products, client services and publications that may use or include your data in blinded, aggregated or disguised form such that the same is not reasonably identified to you as the source or subject of such data.

You agree that your MPI analysis, including all materials we provide to you in connection with MPI (collectively, “MPI Materials”), is subject to the Terms of Use for this website. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that (i) the MPI Materials are dependent in part on the data you provide, as well as your proper interpretation of the MPI Materials, and that you will remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions and use of the MPI Materials; (ii) you are duly authorized to provide and disclose all data provided to us for purposes of the MPI analysis; and (iii) the MPI Materials are provided AS IS without any express or implied warranty, and in no event will we be liable to you for any damages or losses relating to or arising out of our provision of any MPI Materials to you, including without limitation indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages (including without limitation lost profits).

Finally, you agree that you will not publicly use or disclose any MPI Materials or use the McKinsey, MineLens or MPI name or marks other than with our prior written consent.
