When I joined the firm as a business analyst, I had an opportunity to work in several industries across Europe—an outstanding learning opportunity that exposed me to different companies and business functions. Through all this, I realized that banking and strategy are what I enjoy most. That’s how I ended up “making my own McKinsey” and joining Panorama, a McKinsey Solution.
Enjoy diverse and unusual challenges
At Panorama, I participate in all kinds of initiatives. I work with a team developing apps for banking and fintech, organize workshops for clients to shape their strategic thinking, and help teams envision the future of banking (a subject on which I’ve even had an opportunity to co-create a video, one of my most interesting challenges at work). The diversity of initiatives, the opportunity to work on things I’m passionate about, and my inspiring colleagues make each day a rewarding experience.
Use the recruiting process to get to know us
The people I met during the recruitment process at McKinsey inspired me to join the firm: I loved the problem solving at the interviews and had great discussions with everyone I met that day.
