There is an impressive list of McKinsey alumni who are changing the world with extraordinary passion and focus, including Joint US-China Collaboration on Clean Energy (JUCCCE) chair, Peggy Liu. The non-profit, which she created is at the forefront of sustainability in China.

Ndidi combined her Harvard MBA, her McKinsey experience and her intense passion for Nigeria and, at the age of 25, she served as the first executive director of the FATE Foundation, one of Africa's most innovative and influential organizations in the non-profit sector. She went on to establish LEAP Africa and is currently the Co-Founder/Director of AACE Foods and Director of Sahel Capital Partners.
