McKinsey is committed to promoting diversity and creating an inclusive environment within our own firm, our clients, and society more broadly. We strive to empower and enable all our colleagues to be their best, authentic selves every day.

We have created initiatives to make McKinsey more accessible for diverse talent, from sponsoring and creating diversity events to promoting recruiting and development programs.

As part of our commitment to achieve gender equality, we created #aplaceforyou – Women@McKinsey, a campaign focused on connecting women to a career in management consulting.

The firm is deeply dedicated to learning and personal development; this program offers you the opportunity to join women-focused trainings and build relationships with our consultants and recruiting team.

  • Self-identify as women
  • Bachelors, Masters, PhD students or experienced professionals of all levels and background experiences
  • Advanced English
  • Your resume (English or Spanish or Portuguese), which should include details of your education, work experience, and any extracurricular activities and achievements

How does the campaign work?

Selected candidates will become part of our Keep in Touch program and will receive invitations to attend events, trainings and webinars focused on professional development.

McKinsey’s Recruiting team will review your CV and you may be referred to a job opportunity that fits you best within the Firm.

Our women initiatives are intended for individuals who self-identify as women. They are just a few of our many worldwide programs aimed at helping candidates get to know McKinsey better.

If you don’t fit our criteria for these initiatives, please stay tuned to our social media feeds for more opportunities to connect in the future, subscribe to our careers blog for job alerts, and apply for one of our open roles that’s a better fit for your background, skill set, and experience level.

What is your professional next step?

McKinsey's strength lies in the diversity of our colleagues - their thoughts, perspectives, and approaches - and in how united these individuals are around values and a shared mission.

Many women have found their place at McKinsey. We encourage you — female students and experienced professionals —to join them.
