Journey from Business Analyst to Associate
The opportunity of being a Business Analyst in McKinsey caught my attention already during my studies, where I enjoyed applying the theories I learned in practical settings. My time as a Business Analyst gave me valuable hands-on experience solving complex problems alongside talented colleagues. Pursuing my MBA at INSEAD felt like a natural extension of those two years and was an incredible opportunity to broaden the toolbox I had developed as a Business Analyst. I have travelled extensively, met exceptional people from around the world, and deepened my understanding of business and leadership. For me, combining business education with practical experience has always been the best way to learn and grow.
My MBA experience
During my MBA, I gained a truly global perspective on business, working closely with classmates from 70+ nationalities. This experience strengthened my ability to navigate different cultural contexts and adapt solutions to diverse markets more effectively. I also built friendships with many colleagues from offices around the world, whom I look forward to meeting again on future projects and collaborations at the firm. I believe these perspectives help me bring a broader and more nuanced approach to my work as an Associate. I am particularly interested in deepening my knowledge in banking, payments, private equity, and technology - the four industries that I am most passionate about.
