I have always loved being a student; diving into theories, testing my knowledge at exams, and continuing to learn new things. At McKinsey, I get to sustain that curiosity. Joining McKinsey
When I first joined as a full-time consultant, I was captivated by the skillful people around me. I was pleasantly surprised by the immense support and expert knowledge available to ensure my success. Asking for help is all it takes to receive it. Another surprise was realizing how much management consulting is about people. Building capabilities with clients has been a significant learning experience, and it's really motivating to see them implement the solutions we create together.
Making an impact
I particularly like digital projects involving data strategy and GenAI. At McKinsey, I have opportunities to explore industries, projects and tasks that are different from what I thought possible with my educational background. I believe my education has taught me a way of thinking, which is one of the reasons why I cherish diverse teams. They challenge me intellectually and create the best solutions because we all have different ways of thinking.
