Responsibility and growth
When I joined McKinsey as a business analyst, I was surprised by how much responsibility I was given from day one. It was both challenging and rewarding, and my colleagues’ trust in me created the space I needed to grow. Now, after finalizing my MBA at Oxford and stepping into the associate role, I am excited to take on even greater ownership. I especially look forward to driving problem-solving, leading workstreams, and supporting junior colleagues, just as I was supported as a business analyst.
