I wish I took the plunge from the start
McKinsey has always been my dream job, but after my studies I started working at other organizations before building up the courage to apply. I sometimes regret not taking the plunge right from the start. However, my journey has taught me a lot, including how to be comfortable in challenging situations.
Inspiring colleagues who do incredible things
There are different practices and so many people within our firm who do incredible things. I find it interesting to work in a firm with such diverse, inspiring colleagues, in which everyone has something that makes them special. At any time, I can reach out to a colleague for expertise or advice.
