Drawing on over 20 years of expertise and deep industry knowledge, Jörg advises leading insurers, banks, and real-estate companies on strategy, growth, distribution, and transformation. Amongst others, he cohosts a global, annual financial-services roundtable and leads McKinsey's efforts for fast-growing new companies.

Jörg has conducted numerous large-scale transformations globally, focusing on growth programs as well productivity-related initiatives and performance improvements of core skills such as claims, pricing, and product development in insurance. He has also supported the build-up of numerous new digital business models as well as broader customer focused platforms and ecosystems. Furthermore, Jörg assists private equity groups with due diligence strategies and portfolio work.

Jörg has coauthored several McKinsey articles about the future of the insurance industry and its most pressing issues.
