About Oliver

I started with McKinsey in 2015 as an email specialist, working to process all incoming emails for global IT support. Thanks to this experience, and the support, help, and assistance of my colleagues and managers, I am now the Global Helpdesk email team coach, responsible for the development of email support specialists, and their smooth transition to phone support. Email coach is the first point of contact that new email specialists will have, so it's vital that I act as a role model, helping to instill and reinforce behaviors that will help my colleagues along their journey.

In 2016, I graduated from my early tenure program, and became a regular phone specialist, and subsequently an expert in our internal timesheet and expenses application.

Before McKinsey, I worked briefly as a salesman, but most of my life has been about playing—and as of recently also coaching —tennis. I hold a bachelor's in marketing and sports management from London Metropolitan University. I'm passionate about travelling and about most sports—tennis at the top of the list, of course.
